Safety begins with me : a week of empowerment, wellness, and responsibility at Rapid Access

At Rapid Access, safety isn’t just a policy - it’s the foundation of everything we do. This year, we brought our commitment to life with Health and Safety Week 2024, held across all six countries where we operate. The theme, “Safety begins with me,” highlighted the personal responsibility each of us holds in creating a safe and secure workplace.

Over two impactful days, our teams engaged in activities that strengthened awareness, encouraged collaboration, and celebrated our safety culture. From hands-on workshops and emergency preparedness drills to wellness initiatives and environmental sustainability efforts, the week underscored the critical role of proactive intervention and personal accountability.

Employees participated in dynamic sessions that showcased our Four Pillars of Safety: Intervene, Visibility, Engagement, and Benchmarking—while taking time to reflect on their individual contributions to a safer environment. The Safety Pledge Wall, filled with personal commitments from employees, became a powerful symbol of our collective dedication to health and safety.

This week was more than an event; it was a reflection of who we are as a company. At Rapid Access, safety is embedded in our culture, driven by the belief that every individual has the power to protect lives, property, and the environment.
