Senior Credit Controller Dammam /Riyadh, KSA

Job Purpose

Reporting into the Senior Credit Control Manager, the Senior Credit Controller will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Credit Control department to ensure customer debts are paid promptly and company’s Account Receivables targets are met.

The Senior Credit Controller will assist the Senior Credit Control Manager in training and mentoring and will share responsibility for guiding, coaching and developing the team to ensure the smooth running of this results-orientated department.

This role requires a very hands-on role approach to the credit control function with a strong drive and commitment to achieve demanding targets.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for a client ledger of accounts and act as a point of contact for the country’s credit related escalations and queries
  • Executing company’s credit policy within their area of responsibility
  • Liaising with sales, hire desk and service departments on all customers related issues
  • Liaise and coordinate with other credit team members on their daily activities
  • Collection of debts in an efficient manner in line with agreed timetables, systems and methods
  • Ensuring that all documents required to receive payment are correct and complete
  • Regular calls and follow-ups with customers to ensure the delivery of invoices, collection of payments and solving payment disputes
  • Prompt communication of issues to relevant parties to be able to facilitate collection, control credit offered and improve future performance
  • Reconciliations of customers’ accounts on regular basis
  • Customers’ accounts balance confirmations on regular basis

Essential

  • Successful track record within a credit control or similar environment
  • 4 years previous experience within a credit control function or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience of legal credit control processes
  • Previous experience of leading by example, ensuring that daily deadlines are met, queries answered and that the team’s workloads are balanced
  • Computer literate and confident in working with Microsoft Excel
  • Good written and spoken English

Service Manager – Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Regional Engineering Manager, the Service Manager serves as the first line of operational leadership within their assigned depot. This pivotal and highly autonomous role is responsible for leading the engineering function, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality service.

 

The Service Manager will lead a team of Service Engineers, ensuring operational, technical, and financial performance targets are consistently achieved. This includes overseeing maintenance activities, project delivery, repair schedules, and cost control initiatives, while actively pursuing continuous improvement across all processes.

 

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the Service Manager will play a strategic role in strengthening customer relationships, providing expert technical support, and collaborating with commercial and operational teams to identify and secure new business opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership role, involving work on a wide range of powered access equipment both on-site and off-site, with regular travel required as operational demands dictate.
 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Essential

  • Extensive technical expertise within the powered access, heavy plant, construction, or related engineering industry.
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager, with a strong understanding of international SOPs, governance, and compliance.
  • Hands-on proficiency in hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and diesel engine systems with proven problem-solving ability.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Solid understanding of business planning, including cost control, cost recovery, resource allocation, and organisational design.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with successful budget management experience.
  • Full understanding of Health & Safety legislation and commitment to high safety standards.
  • Experience leading and motivating multicultural engineering teams to deliver operational excellence.
  • Valid and clean driving licence.

Service Engineer (Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Technician)  - Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:
 
Reporting into the Service Manager, the Service Engineer will be part of the wider Engineering Service team that is responsible for carrying out fault-finding, diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to a variety of powered access machines. Planned preventative Maintenance (PPMs) will also be a part of the daily duties.  

 As well as being stationed at your assigned depot workshop, the Service Engineer may work outside of normal depot hours, perform repair and maintenance at clients’ sites or travel outside of assigned depot city for the occasional project at our other depot locations in the GCC.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
 
ESSENTIAL

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering diploma, vocational qualification or above
  • Previous experience working on mobile access equipment or similar other mobile plant machinery equipment such as:
    • powered access equipment e.g. cherry pickers, scissor lifts, propelled booms and hoists.
    • diggers
    • drilling equipment
    • dumpers
    • excavators
    • forklifts
    • ground-care machinery
    • plant machinery
    • power generators
    • rollers
    • telehandlers
  • Good understanding of the principles of mechanical and / or electrical circuits and systems with the ability to read mechanical and / or electrical circuit diagrams and schematic drawings
  • Ability to methodically find fault, diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of powered machines
  • Strong track record in machine, equipment and diesel engine fault finding / diagnostics, servicing, repair and maintenance
  • Able to read electrical, mechanical and hydraulic schematic drawings

ESSENTIAL:

  • Degree or equivalent – ideally in Mathematics, Economics or Business or related subject
  • Recent graduate ideally with some experience in an analytical role
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills and with the ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Ability to deliver and analyse quantitative research e.g. customer surveys
  • Ability to deliver and analyse qualitative consumer and market research materials, e.g. industry reports
  • Proven ability to synthesise large data sets from various tools to extract actionable insights
  • Scientific and inquisitive mind-set with the ability to interrogate data, solve problems and make recommendations
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on various aspects of marketing and forecasting analysis
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills with confidence in communication at all levels of the business
