Lavendon Group announce appointment of Managing Director for Middle East business

Paul Rankin appointed as the Managing Director of the Middle East business – Rapid Access.  

Lavendon Group today announced the appointment of Paul Rankin to the role of Managing Director of their Middle East business – Rapid Access.  Mr Rankin replaces Andy Wright who left the organisation in​ September of last year.

Mr Rankin, formerly of Johnson Controls International, is a veteran of the Middle East region, having been based with the Company in Dubai since 2004.   He originally joined JCI as Country Manager for their Unitary Products before taking up the role of Regional Executive Director with responsibilities across United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait.

Prior to his tenure with Johnson’s, Mr Rankin carried out a number of sales and business management roles within the Air Conditioning industry across the UK.  He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Building Services Engineering as well as an MBA from Strathclyde University gained in 2004.
